An internal platform that moves a campaign through Sales → Campaigns → Content → Design → Marketing, with each team reviewing and handing off to the next. Built on a NestJS backend and a Next.js frontend with permission-based RBAC.

01One tenant per email domain, with permission-based RBAC across six roles and a cross-phase reviewer.
02Task notifications with push (FCM), an inbox, claim-to-own locking and reminders that escalate to admins.
03Media pipeline: images converted inline with sharp, videos compressed to H.265 in BullMQ workers with live progress over WebSockets.
