End-to-end tests

A redesign of ArchItechs' bilingual (English/Arabic, RTL) website with a product showcase and a client portal where customers sign in, open tickets, attach files and follow replies, backed by a NestJS ticketing API.

// what I did

01Separate client and staff accounts, hashed session tokens in httpOnly cookies and single-use password-reset links.
02Numbered tickets with attachments and internal notes hidden from clients.
03Notification email on a transactional outbox: written in the same transaction, claimed by a worker with SKIP LOCKED, sent with branded bilingual templates.
04Deployed with Docker Compose behind Nginx through GitHub Actions, with migrations on every deploy.
