The ministry's bilingual Arabic/English website lived on SharePoint and kept hitting Microsoft Graph rate limits. I led the backend, system design and cloud work to move it onto a block-based Strapi 5 CMS with a SvelteKit frontend, consolidate a separate NestJS/Prisma backend into it, rebuild the budget dashboards natively, and move hosting from AWS to Azure.

01Wrote the import tooling that moved ~240 pages and 700+ media files and documents off SharePoint into a block-based page builder.
02Merged a separate NestJS/Prisma backend into Strapi so one service owns content, users and permissions.
03Built a React admin dashboard for a three-level role → department → user permission model, with email-OTP login and a submit → review → publish workflow.
04Rebuilt six Power BI budget dashboards in Svelte + Chart.js, with an Excel upload wizard so staff publish reports from their own workbooks.
05Moved the stack from AWS to Azure with Bicep: Cloudflare → Front Door → Nginx on a VM, Blob Storage, Key Vault and Azure Communication Services.
06Load-tested with k6 up to 800 virtual users and fixed rate-limiting and proxy-trust defects that were throttling every visitor as one client.
